Just to let all of you know, that replies to entries may be later than usual. We might have a 4 or 5 day delay in replying to your e mails and entries but don't panic!! We will get back to you.
However, please do remember, the cutoff before late entry fees apply is the 20th May. After this date, all entries will incur a $20 late fee. Everyone entered before the 20th will go in the draw to win a meal kindly donated by the Naseby Royal Hotel.
In other news, we've set the course and have decided to keep it a surprise. We can tell you, however, it'll be a longish lap (50 minutes for the faster folk) and expect to do a wee bit of walking on one of the climbs (just like in the old days of racing). You'll love it. Promise.
The event will be held at theNaeby Recreation ground.
There is NO CAMPING AT THE RECREATION GROUND. We ask that you set up your sites on Friday afternoon/evening or before 9am on Saturday morning. you will then need to park cars anywhere away from the rec ground and off the Naeby main street.
Registration will be at the Naeby Royal Hotel on Friday evening between 6pm and 10pm, and at the recreation ground on Saturday morning between 7:30am and 9am.
ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.
